Quality
We have a 100% quality rating on all products ordered through the defense department. This rating is provided through the ABVS. We also work directly with all of our customers to ensure that their quality standards are met or exceeded prior to completion of the product. Therefore, we maintain a quality rating of 100% with our customers. Over 25 years of business, we have maintained a record of zero returned products due to defects or workmanship. We offer a standard three-year warranty on all workmanship.
Timeliness of Service/Delivery
We strive to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery expectations. Although delivery delays cannot always be predicted due to the nature of manufacturing, we have a strong 80% timely rating in the ABVS.
